R6.05.30 令和６年５月２６日から２９日の４日間、張教授は台北市と基隆市を訪問しました。「2024年度台湾都市総合治水推進セミナー」において、「都市水害の軽減に向けた河川・下水道一体型マネジメント技術開発」に関する招待講演を行いました。その後、台湾海洋大学地理情報システム(GIS)研究センターを訪問し、センター長のKwan-Tun Lee教授と研究トピックや、両グループの今後の交流と連携について議論しました。

Special lecture (left) in Taipei and academic exchanges (right) in Keelung
May 30, 2024 From May 26 to 29, 2024, Prof. Cho undertook an academic visit to Taipei City and Keelung City in Taiwan. During this trip, he delivered a special lecture on Integrated Management of River and Sewer Systems for Urban Flood Mitigation at the 2024 Seminar on the Promotion of Comprehensive Management of Urban Flood in Taiwan. Following the seminar, Prof. Cho visited the Geographic Information System Research Center at National Taiwan Ocean University in Keelung. At the center, he discussed research topics of common interest and potential future exchanges and collaborations with Prof. Kwan-Tun Lee, the director of the center.
